Schedule Closing
After your loan is approved, we will contact you to schedule a convenient time for a 10 minute closing. We can send our closing agent to your home or business to sign the brief and straight forward documents.
Your Taxes Are Paid
After you sign the closing documents they are sent back to our processors for review then TaxCORE Lending will cut the check and mail to your taxing authority.
Make Monthly Payments
We offer many flexible payment dates, your 1st payment will be due anywhere from 30 days up to 12 months after closing.
