To receive the best rate guarantee, the customer must first show an approved and signed term sheet from another Property Tax Lender in Texas. The document must be dated in the same month and year in which the loan is being offered. TaxCORE Lending will match or lower the closing costs and interest rate by 0.25% Annual Percentage Rate that is being offered.
